How much do you charge?
We charge one flat fee for the year of professional management. Landlords pay us every month.
What don’t you do?
We are not licensed attorneys and therefore we will not take your tenant to eviction court if he/she does not pay the rent.
Why can’t you give me a quote online?
We quote based on gross operating income and submarket.
Please call us and we will turn around a quote for you within 24 hours.
For example, if you are in a submarket where vacancy is below 1.5%, it is much easier to rent. Therefore our rate is much lower. However if you are in a 6%+ vacancy submarket, it takes more advertising, time and energy to rent, and therefore the fee is greater.
